These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of the Stint24
website and participation in Stint24 events. By purchasing a
Season Pass or Race Pass, joining our Discord, or
participating in our events, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not purchase or participate.

2) What Stint24 provides
Stint24 is an endurance sim racing league using the iRacing platform. We
provide league administration, event organization, stewarding/race control,
results/standings, and prize administration.
Stint24 is not affiliated with iRacing. iRacing is a third-party service and
we do not control iRacing uptime, service availability, updates, or account
eligibility.
3) Definitions
Season Pass: participation access for the Stint24 season (subject to eligibility and rules).Race Pass/Race Ticket: entry for a specific event.Sporting Regulations: the rules document(s) published by Stint24 (including the rulebook and event briefings).Discord: Stint24's official communication hub.
4) Eligibility and requirements
To participate, you must:
- have a valid iRacing account in good standing,
- meet any event requirements stated in the event briefing,
- follow the
Sporting Regulationsand Race Control instructions, - use Discord for official communication (briefings, announcements, protests).
We may refuse entry or remove participants to protect integrity, safety, and
fair competition.
5) Payments and payment processing (Stripe)
Payments on Stint24 are processed by Stripe (payment service
provider). When you enter card details during checkout, the card data is
handled by Stripe’s secure payment components (e.g. Stripe Elements) and is
transmitted directly to Stripe.
We do not receive or store full card data. Stint24 does not
store your full card number or CVC on our servers. We only receive a payment
confirmation (e.g. transaction status/ID) and the billing details you submit
(such as name and email).
Your payment may appear on your statement with a descriptor related to
Stint24 and/or Stripe.
Stripe may perform fraud prevention and authentication (e.g. 3D Secure) where
required. Use of Stripe is subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy practices.
6) All sales final: no refunds
All purchases are final. Stint24 does not offer refunds.
This applies to:
Race Pass/Race TicketSeason Pass
If you cannot attend, you are responsible for that decision (including
no-shows, roster issues, missed stints, or failing to meet eligibility
requirements). No refunds are issued in these cases.
No voluntary refunds: This is our contractual policy.
Mandatory rights: Any mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Right of withdrawal (EU/Germany): For services related to
leisure activities scheduled for a specific date or within a specific period,
the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded under EU and German law.

7) Event changes, postponement, and cancellations
We may adjust schedules, splits, session settings, stewarding procedures, or
other operational details when reasonably required (for safety, fairness,
staffing, or platform constraints).
If an event is postponed, your entry remains valid for the rescheduled date.
If an event is cancelled, we may (at our discretion) offer an alternative
remedy such as transfer or credit. Refunds are not offered unless required by
mandatory law.
8) Rules, Race Control authority, and protests
Participation is subject to the Sporting Regulations and any
event briefing/updates published by Stint24.
Race Control/stewards may issue warnings, penalties, disqualifications, or
suspensions. Protests must follow the process and deadlines stated in the
event briefing / designated Discord channels.
9) Fair play and conduct
You must not:
- cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized tools,
- intentionally wreck, harass, or evade penalties,
- impersonate others or submit false information.
Breaches can lead to removal from the event/season and loss of prize
eligibility.
10) Prizes
If prizes are offered, eligibility depends on compliance with these
Terms and the Sporting Regulations. We may require
contact details for prize delivery. If a winner cannot be contacted within
14 calendar days, the prize may be forfeited and reallocated.
11) Media and content
By participating, you grant Stint24 a non-exclusive right to use event-related
content (results, standings, screenshots, broadcasts/clips, team names and
visible liveries) for league reporting and promotion.
12) Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for
mandatory statutory liability (including injury to life/body/health).
For simple negligence, our liability is limited to foreseeable, typical
damages arising from a breach of essential contractual duties. We are not
liable for disruptions caused by third parties (including iRacing, Discord,
hosting providers) beyond our control.
13) Data protection
Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
14) Governing law
German law applies. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protections in
your country of residence remain unaffected.
15) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The effective version is the one
published on the website at the time of purchase/participation.
